Who we are
Lezzat is a leading Amazon marketing agency based in the UK. We specialize in helping brands enhance their presence and sales on Amazon through expert marketing strategies. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team to support our lead generation efforts, nurture leads, manage a small team, and handle invoicing and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Utilize various tools and platforms to generate high-quality leads.
  2. Lead Nurturing:
    • Engage and nurture leads through personalized communication and follow-ups.
    • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  3. Team Management:
    • Manage and support a remote team of 3 lead generation specialists.
    • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
    • Ensure the team meets or exceeds lead generation targets.
  4. Invoicing and Administration:
    • Handle invoicing tasks using Xero or similar software.
    • Manage administrative tasks related to client accounts and lead generation.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation activities and results.
  5. Outbound Email Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute outbound email campaigns to generate new business leads.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.

Who we are looking for
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead generation or virtual assistant role.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Invoicing Knowledge: Experience with invoicing, ideally using Xero.
• Outbound Email Campaigns: Proven experience in managing and executing outbound email campaigns.
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
