Who You’ll Be

• A seasoned Amazon PPC expert who knows how to scale accounts profitably
• Strategic and data-driven, with a strong understanding of performance marketing
• Confident in owning accounts and making high-impact decisions independently
• Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized in execution
• A strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and clients
• Passionate about continuous testing, learning, and optimization

The Awesome Things You’ll Actually Do

• Lead the planning, building, and execution of Amazon Sponsored Ads strategies (SP, SB, SD)
• Own keyword strategy, including research, bid optimization, match types, and negative keyword management
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across key KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, etc.)
• Manage and optimize PPC budgets and bidding strategies for maximum efficiency and scalability
• Identify opportunities to improve performance through testing and experimentation (new Amazon ad features such as Amazon Posts and Amazon Live)
• Produce in-depth performance reports and translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and other departments to align – PPC strategy with overall account growth

You’re The Perfect Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
• Have worked within a marketing agency environment (strong advantage)
• Are highly skilled in campaign structure, scaling strategies, and performance optimization
• Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Have experience using project management tools (e.g. Asana)
• Are confident in analyzing workloads, priorities, and turnaround times
• Are fluent in English (additional EU languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a plus)
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Are genuinely passionate about Amazon PPC and performance marketing

Extra Points If You

• Have experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Are Amazon PPC certified
• Have experience using Amazon PPC software/tools for automation or optimization

Work Set-up
